In a great step for physical therapy workers, Chicago PT has developed the KineAssist, a robot which can follow a tethered patient as he or she walks and performs various exercises on the road to recovery.

Luckily they've programmed a failsafe in to the device. In case it doesn't catch you, just sing to it, and it will pick you up ... honest.
